In the middle of Upper Bavaria between Lake Starnberg, Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Munich is our newly renovated, fully equipped, wonderfully quiet holiday apartment for a maximum of 2 people in Wolfratshausen. All shops and the city bus stop are within walking distance and the beautiful Isar floodplains are also just around the corner. You can walk to the city center in 15 minutes, by car in 5 minutes, and in 40 minutes by S-Bahn you are in downtown Munich. With us you can experience pure nature on your doorstep as well as our beautiful surroundings with beer gardens, festivities, museums, exhibitions, etc. Perfectly located for excursions in the mountains, to our beautiful lakes and royal castles or to Munich. Parking space and charging station for e-cars available.

General booking conditions

When booking, a deposit of 50% of the rental price must be paid. The full rental price must be transferred to our account no later than 14 days before moving into the holiday apartment.

Checkout: by 10:00 a.m.
